am i too young to have sex with a toy
My friend and I recently had a conversation about the whole idea of using sex toys. She was telling me that she had purchased one and had absolutely loved it, so I started to question whether I was too young to use one. I mean, I’m 20 years old and haven’t even started having sex yet, let alone explored the realm of sex toys.
At first, I thought I was too young even for the exploration, but then I started to think about it differently. Sure, I’m still a young adult who is about to embark on the beginning of my sex life, but sex toys offer so much more than that. From pleasing yourself with the array of vibrators, dildos, Penis Rings and other toys, to introducing new elements like BDSM for consensually exploration, sex toys can really spice up any experience- even if you haven’t started having sex yet.
I mean, I’m no stranger to the concept of sex toys either. I’ve seen them in movies and even on television before. My friend has talked to me about them before, although I didn’t really pay attention until recently. I guess it’s just something that I personally haven’t felt confident enough to explore.
But that made me think- isn’t age really just a number in regards to this kind of exploration? I know there’s an age of consent in terms of physical sexual relationships, but there’s no age of consent in terms of sex toys. So I thought, why not give it a shot and explore the realm of sex toys?
Before I knew it, I was browsing the numerous adult toy shops online, and started to narrow down my options. I found one that really caught my eye- the silicone butt plug. I thought, ‘Hey why not give this one a shot?’ I eventually decided to purchase the plug, placed my order, and waited for it to arrive.
When it finally arrived, I was so excited to explore the further depths of my own sexuality. I opened the package, and explored all the options I had to choose from. After a bit of research, I was ready to go. I lubed it up, and slipped it in.
To my surprise, it wasn’t as painful as I thought it’d be. In fact, it was sort of pleasurable, like I could feel something inside me that only made me even freer and more confident in my own body. I explored the depths of my pleasure and really got involved in the whole exploration I had undertaken.
At the end of the day, I was glad I had taken the leap and decided to explore the realm of sex toys– even if I’m young and don’t have much experience. I guess I should thank my friend for inspiring me to do so. She was absolutely right- it can be a great way to explore your own pleasure, even if you haven’t started having sex yet.
