At first, I thought it was too weird to be real, but sure enough, when I did a little research online I found out that not only do these sex dolls exist, but they’re gaining traction. People are actually buying them!
My first thought was “What on earth?!”. I mean, do they expect the dolls to bark when they do anything to them? I couldn’t quite get my head around it, but I guess it’s human nature and some people just like to take extreme pleasure to the next level.
I suppose it’s a little bit like people who own lifelike robots – but with an animal-like finish instead. You can imagine how far fascination with animals can go, I suppose.
I guess there’ll always be a market for anything that’s unusual, and these dolls fit the bill. Some people might say that it’s only natural for us to take pleasure in things that we can’t have in our day-to-day lives and that’s why people are attracted to these types of products.
At the same time, I can’t help but feel a little weirded out. I mean these dolls aren’t cheap, so you’d be spending quite a bit of money to get one. I don’t know how much these things sell for, but I’m sure it’s up there.
I guess if people don’t mind spending that kind of money then who am I to judge? It’s just a little strange, and I can’t imagine doing anything like that myself.
I suppose it just goes to show that there’s no limit to what people can get into. We’ve had dolls based on animals for a while now, but I never expected that people would actually be buying these types of sex dolls. But hey, to each their own I guess.
Another thought I had was that I wondered whether the dolls were made to look a little bit like a person’s own pet. I’m sure some people would just love to be able to get physical with their dog – albeit in a very strange and indirect way.
It occurred to me that some people might even find comfort in this kind of activity, as creepy as it may be. People with troubled pasts, or who haven’t had much success with human relationships might find this kind of activity strangely soothing.
I guess, for some people, it just goes to show that anything’s possible. People will go to extreme lengths in the search for pleasure, no matter how odd the concept might seem. I wonder what the world will come up with next?

Having said that, I do kind of understand why people would find the concept appealing. Everyone is entitled to pleasure and if that requires unusual means, then so be it. We should all respect each other’s wishes and remain open to interesting ideas, no matter how strange they may be.
Personally, I’m quite relieved that there are no dolls based on cats. For some reason the thought of it creeps me out. Of course, I’m sure some people find comfort in the idea. But for me, it’s a no-go.
